Starring: While this should test the patience of anyone who finds Jamie Gillis less than appealing, if you tingle at his grungy sexuality, this late '70s star vehicle is a must-see.
Shot with solid production values, the mustical plot gives the filmmakers ample opportunity to set up misty "art" shots.
It all depends on your view of Gillis and co-star Annette Haven, who can be cold. And here, as Gilli's tour guide through the afterlife, Haven aches with an icy sexuality Gillis is determined to break.
The plot keeps things interesting. Gillis, a lecher in life, finds himself in a neterworld where he can indulge in every one of his sex fantasies. With girls like Sue Nero to play with, how can this not be stimulating? But there's a catch.
The "suprise" twist isn't very surprising, and I'm still not convinced women want to watch a film where Jamie is the main male.
A 7. It's well-done, but we needed more than this one-man band banging all the babes.
